L’Imbuto is the emblem of experimentation, not only in the kitchen: the restaurant, in fact, is located within the Lucca Center of Contemporary Art, and is a place that embodies art in all its expressions. There is no menu, but only the possibility to choose between three types of formulas: € 50 for five savory tastings, € 70 for seven savory tastings, € 90 for nine savory tastings. What you will find in the dishes will be the result of inspiration and instinct of the chef Tolomei.

website: L’Imbuto

The menu offers both sea and land specialties, but certainly the fish rules, especially when accompanied by the famous mayonnaise prepared on the spot by Lorenzo himself. The attention to detail is maximum, both in the kitchen and in the rooms, furnished with elegance and designed to give a unique experience to its customers.

Hidden in a small hamlet of Grosseto, Bracali is a treasure of Tuscan cuisine. Its success is due to two brothers who with constancy and passion have made their project a merit of the Maremma area. One in the kitchen, the other in the dining room, the Bracali brothers offer an eccentric menu – sometimes far from tradition – in an elegant restaurant.

We are back in Maremma, in a delightful medieval village, where we find an old acquaintance that carries on another starry project: Valeria Piccini is the driving force of the restaurant that presented the Maremma cuisine to the world. Caino in Montemerano is a sober and elegant place where every single ingredient is the result of chef Piccinini’s garden, and quality is therefore synonymous with seasonality.

The chef’s menu always offers his favorite products, such as pigeon, oysters, mullet, lobster and scampi.

La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini

At La Trattoria Enrico Bartolini everything seems to recall the Tuscan tradition: the windows on the vineyards, the presentations in terracotta and clay pans, the wood-burning oven and of course to the menu, Tuscany is in every detail of this restaurant. Authenticity, seasonality and simplicity are the principles of the chef Enrico Bartolini.

Il Silene

If you want to taste the authentic and decided flavors of the Tuscan tradition revisited in a modern and refined way, Silene is the right choice for you. In fact, the undisputed protagonists of this restaurant are the key elements of popular cuisine: we are talking about the beaten copper pots – that the chef Roberto commissioned to a local craftsman – and EVO oil, the pride of Il Silene, because of its production. The key to its success lies in the continuous search for a balance between avant-garde and tradition.
