L’Imbuto

L’Imbuto is the emblem of experimentation, not only in the kitchen: the restaurant, in fact, is located within the Lucca Center of Contemporary Art, and is a place that embodies art in all its expressions. There is no menu, but only the possibility to choose between three types of formulas: € 50 for five savory tastings, € 70 for seven savory tastings, € 90 for nine savory tastings. What you will find in the dishes will be the result of inspiration and instinct of the chef Tolomei.

The menu offers both sea and land specialties, but certainly the fish rules, especially when accompanied by the famous mayonnaise prepared on the spot by Lorenzo himself.
